Honest listings only

• Describe services you actually offer, with real photos or work samples you own the rights to.
• Keep phone, WhatsApp, districts served, travel notes and prices current. Unknown prices must stay “Price on request” — never zero.
• One listing per business. Listings that mislead couples can be deactivated by admins.

Drafts stay private until you publish

New profiles are created as private drafts and never appear in the directory until you press “Publish my listing”. Use Preview and the completeness checklist before publishing. Changing category permanently deletes the profile's photos, packages, reviews and inquiries — we ask for explicit confirmation first.

Reviews you can't game

• One review per customer; you cannot review your own business and cannot delete reviews of it.
• Never post, pay for, or reward fake testimonials — they are removed on report and repeat offences risk deactivation.
• Reply to reviewers professionally from your dashboard. Reviews hidden after repeated abuse reports are re-checked by an admin.

Inquiries deserve replies

Inquiries arrive by email and in your dashboard inbox, with the couple's wedding date as context — always confirm availability yourself, since KissMe doesn't track your calendar. Quote requests are not bookings until you and the couple agree terms directly.

Paid promotion

Featured placement is paid and always badged “Featured · Sponsored”. Verification, reviews and ratings can't be bought and don't affect promotion. Plan features and billing work exactly as described in the subscription policy.
